Trip to the city
Yesterday we went into the city with some friends. We took the kids to the central park zoo. It was REALLY humid and we were REALLY hot the whole time but all in all it was a fun day. Ellie was a trooper. She was SO good the whole time. She napped in her stroller when it was nap time and when she was awake she was really happy.

2 Hours
Braden only has two hours of school today. So right now Ellie is asleep with her bum in the air(I love this) and Abby is playing Wii Fit. So this gives me two full hours to clean, do laundry, do dishes, think about what to pack for our Utah trip and so on. BUT.... instead of doing all of that stuff that needs to be done I would really like to just crawl back into bed for a nice long nap. I NEED SOME MOTIVATION AND A LITTLE ENERGY.

Today
Wow
Where did the month go? I swear it was just June 1. We only have 11 more days until we head for Utah. I couldn't be more excited. Next week is Braden's last week of Kindergarten. Ellie is rolling all over the place. Abby is full of energy as always and I am just plain tired. Gavin has been on-call for the past four days and has like five more to go. We don't see him much. That's about all that is going on around here. The Bishop and his wife bought this really fun water slide for there backyard. We have been over there a few time to play on it. The kids loves it. Here are a few pictures.

Benner's Farm
Yesterday Braden's Kindergarten class went on a field trip to Benner's Farm. Abby, Ellie and I tagged a long for a little while. They learned a lot of facts about the animals and got to pet and feed some of them. Braden had a really good time. We didn't stay long. Abby didn't like the bugs and she kept complaining because she was hot.

A Tea Party
Abby was invited to a birthday party for one of her friends from preschool. It was at a place called Jubilee's. They do theme birthday parties. This one was a tea party. Abby had so much fun. They put on make-up, dressed up, had small sandwiches, cookies, and iced tea. They put on a fashion show, decorated jewelery boxes and ate cupcakes. Abby said, "This was my BEST day ever."
