CRICUT
I've been dreaming about one of these. I need one. Think of all of the wonderful projects I could make. This is on my Christmas list for sure.

Who would of thought?
December 6, 2002. I was looking through pictures today and came across this picture that was taken at a ward Christmas party many years ago. I showed it to Braden and he was in awe. He actually wanted me to print it off so he could take it to school to show his teacher and friends. Don't know how well that would have gone over being that he is the only LDS member in his school. Just thought I would post a great memory of ours.

Why so soon
Abby has grown out of most of her clothes so today was the day we were going to go shopping and find some new ones for school. I was so excited because I have seen some cute things around that I really wanted to get her. So off to the store we go. I start picking out all of these cute outfits and saying how about this one. Abby keeps saying no I don't like it. So I'm finally like what do you like. And out of all of the cute clothes at Target she wants this Hannah Montana shirt and leggings. Okay first off I can't stand Hannah Montana and second the clothes were horrible.
Why is buying a four year old clothes such an ordeal? We left with one pair of jeans, one long sleeve brown shirt and one other shirt.

Stinker
Our kids have always been good sleepers. They would sleep through the night at an early age, they would not wake easily to noises. Well not this child. Ellie is the lightest sleeper. She wakes up to anything. She use to sleep through the night until a few months ago. Now she wakes up every three hours. Where did I go wrong this time around? I'm not use to having a bad sleeper.

Projects in the making
I'm almost finished with the rocking chair. It needs a few more coats of paint and a seal put on it. The weather here has been way too humid to paint though.
For my birthday Gavin gave me tickets to see Grease on broadway. So on Saturday a friend and I went into the city to see Grease and we also went to the fabric store that I have been really wanting to go to. PurlSoho. I got some REALLY cute Heather Bailey fabric (in picture) and I'm really excited to make a pillow to go in my chair. I know it looks like I already made the pillow but I didn't. It's just sitting there waiting.
By the way Grease was SO much fun. I would totally see it again. Thanks Gavin for the perfect birthday gift.

A few new
Monday we took the kids to the beach. It was beautiful. We had so much fun playing in the waves and building in the sand. Can you spot Braden?(Hint: red shirt)
Ellie is all over the place. I can't believe how fast she is growing up.
Wednesday Braden started first grade. He loves school and is a really good student. He makes friends easily and has such a sweet spirit. I love you Braden.
